Refund policy

我们承诺，如您收到的商品存在以下情况，可在收品7天内申请退换货：商品存在制造缺陷（非人为损坏）、收到的商品与订单不符、运输过程中造成的损坏（需提供签收前的损坏照片）。不支持退换货的情况：个人定制品、企业定制品、人为损坏、超过7天申请期限、个人主观原因。退款将在处理完成后5-10个工作日内返回原支付账户。本政策符合马来西亚《消费者保护法 1999》。

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt for quality defects, wrong items, or shipping damage. Custom/personalized items are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. This policy complies with Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999.
